Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Last updated: 2026-06
To protect the Platform and other users, the following activities are prohibited when using AixNox. Violations trigger enforcement actions (warning → suspension → forced destruction → account ban) and do not waive any outstanding charges.
1. Prohibited Activities
- Any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where resources are located;
- Outbound attacks: port scanning, DDoS, brute-force, vulnerability exploitation, or bulk spam;
- Unauthorised cryptocurrency mining or connections to known mining pools;
- Distributing malware, phishing content, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
- Circumventing billing, quotas, or risk controls (including multi-account arbitrage or credit abuse).
2. Resource Abuse
The Platform monitors CPU, memory, disk, and outbound traffic against defined thresholds. Sustained high load or abnormal outbound traffic triggers alerts; instances confirmed as abusive may be throttled, suspended, or forcibly destroyed.
3. Reporting and Cooperation
When prohibited use is detected, the Platform will record an audit log and, where required, cooperate with lawful investigation requests. You are responsible for the compliance of your own workloads.
4. Enforcement
The Platform retains sole discretion to take appropriate action against accounts that violate this policy. Severe or repeat violations may result in immediate account ban and destruction of all associated resources.
