1. Service Description

AixNox ("the Platform") provides on-demand, hourly-billed cloud server provisioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management. AixNox operates its own global infrastructure and delivers unified server specifications — you receive an IP address and SSH key within seconds of placing an order, without managing the underlying infrastructure details.

2. Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding your login credentials and SSH private keys. By registering you confirm you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to enter into these Terms. A natural person or entity may not use multiple accounts to circumvent quotas or risk controls.

3. Billing and Balance

The Platform operates on a prepaid balance model: at order time, the estimated amount is reserved against your balance; actual usage (billed by the minute) is settled on destruction, with the unused portion returned to your available balance. All amounts are denominated in integer fen. When balance is insufficient, instances may be suspended or reclaimed — see the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. The Platform reserves the right to warn, suspend, forcibly destroy resources for, or ban accounts that violate these rules.

5. Service Availability

The Platform makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and multi-region redundancy, but is not liable beyond the amount already paid for temporary unavailability caused by infrastructure outages, capacity fluctuations, or force majeure events.

6. Changes to Terms

The Platform may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
